Sound IT Solutions provides solid, in-shop, on-site, and remote IT solutions including consulting, training, hardware/software repair, and software integration support. Whether there is an issue with hardware, software, or anything in-between you can rest assured that troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair will be handled professionally, courteously, and with a personal touch that is hard to find in the IT field!
History
Established in 2006.
In early 2009, relocated to Lynnwood, WA.
In 2011 moved to Edmonds, WA.
In 2015 converted to an LLC taking on the "CareTech, LLC" name.
In 2017 we changed the business name to Sound IT.

I have always been very involved in working with and learning about computers as well as the intricacies of running a premier computer service business. Over time, I continued honing my troubleshooting and repair skills and branching out into programming and web-design. I have managed technical support and PC repair departments for several prominent custom computer manufacturers and always try to keep my finger on the pulse of the technology world. On top of that, I have always had a passion for helping people. I believe that integrity and honesty is the surest route to success and I love a good challenge. Let's fix stuff!
